Pan-Clean is an EPA registered biocide. It is formulated to help prevent the build-up of harmful bacteria and slime in the HVAC&R condensate drain pans. Pan-Clean kills 99% of Salmonella Typhii and Legionella Pheumophila. It contains an acid rain neutralizer and a rust inhibitor. The tablet is weighted to prevent floating and slowly releases its protective cleaning agents for up to four months thereby insuring block-free drain lines.

Directions for use

Place Pan-Clean tab at the source of condensate water pan in the proximity the drain outlet, ped side down. The condensate water will lock the Pan-Clean tab into place for the entire four months if sized according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not remove unit housing.
